Except the God, no one is everywhere. A thought can not be good unless it is executed or available for benefit at large. No one without network, can do anything at large. Now a days, people start their NGO without any objective even without knowing real meaning of NGO. FFis spreading the knowledge about NGO & assisting existing NGO for development work to make their NGO performance & lucrative annual report. Even the participatory NGO are paid from FFin same line as of volunteer.
