How quickly can I start using membership benefits?
Starter cards activate instantly. Growth and collaborator cards include an onboarding call scheduled within 3-5 working days.
Can I upgrade or add more cards mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrades are pro-rated and additional cards can be added for new geographies, volunteers, or projects.
Do memberships include on-ground implementation?
Growth and collaborator cards include scoped implementation support. You can also bolt-on turnkey delivery cards for execution.
Are memberships open to NGOs, cooperatives and institutions?
Absolutely. Many NGOs, cooperatives, chambers, colleges, and CSR teams work with us using growth or collaborator cards.
Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Memberships are annual and non-refundable, but you can opt not to renew. We also offer flexibility in reassigning unused cards within the active period.
What happens if I miss a milestone or delay a project?
Our advisors will help you revise timelines, re-prioritize cards, or reassign tasks. The 90-day sprints are designed to accommodate operational realities.
Is technical support included in any of the tiers?
Growth and Collaborator tiers include digital toolkits and integration support for schemes. Additional tech support can be added as a service extension.
Can I gift or sponsor a membership for another organisation?
Yes. We allow institutional allies and CSR sponsors to nominate or fund memberships for local changemakers. Contact our team for sponsorship options.
Do I need to be a legal entity to become a member?
Not necessarily. Individuals can join with a Starter card. Growth and Collaborator cards require documentation for due diligence and funder alignment.
Will I receive a certificate or recognition for my contribution?
Yes. Contributors completing verified tasks through the platform receive digital certificates. Organisations also receive annual impact reports.
