Yes. One account can be Beneficiary + Trainer + Volunteer + Affiliator simultaneously. Your plan determines feature access per role.

Can I upgrade mid-cycle?

Yes. Upgrades are prorated. Additional roles can be added anytime.

Do memberships include on-ground support?

Growth and Collaborator plans include scoped implementation. Turnkey delivery can be bolted on.

Are memberships open to NGOs and institutions?

How does the wallet work?

Accept tasks from the marketplace, submit evidence, get verified by admin. Wallet is credited automatically. Rewards range from Rs 75 to Rs 11,200 per task.

What is the referral program?
